MZB Update 11-7-17 **Info for the Weekend**

Firstly — a note to make sure to bring your RAINCOAT with you to rehearsal tonight…there is a chance of a shower or 2, so we may just throw on raincoats for a few minutes if it happens during practice. Woodwinds should also bring cases to the lot. Also — dress WARMLY…it’s going to be cold this evening.

Here are the final details for Friday and Saturday:

Friday — **Slightly revised from earlier e-mail!** Report time is 4:45 PM ; Truck and chaperones also needed at band room by 4:45! We will “load and go.” We perform PREGAME.

Saturday — Detailed Battle Plan below and attached. We are planning to give you time BEFORE our performance to visit the apparel vendors at the stadium, and will visit Hershey’s Chocolate World AFTER awards. Please be sure to bring plenty of money if you wish to shop and eat at these places. Attached is the food court menu for your information.
